In the mouth, you can feel the fresh and slightly fizzy feeling unique to Sake nouveau, and by blending No. 7 yeast and own yeast, you can feel the fresh, elegant and refreshing fruit scent reminiscent of pears and melons.
The most excellent point of this Sake is the light body and clean finish. The flow from the sweet attack to the dry and clean finish is just beautiful.
