As soon as opening the bottle, the sour and fruity aroma like lactic acids pops up. The rich Umami carefully extracted from the local Gohyakumangoku is wrapped by the soft sourness and makes it a sharp Sake.
All the Sake of SAKAEMASU is produced for aging, but this label is exclusively released because the balance of Umami and sourness exquisitely enhance each other.
