These three different rice are used to brew this Sake. We named it Waon, meaning the different things harmonized in the perfect balance.
Three different brewer's rice keeps their characteristics and harmonizes perfectly.
It is a light version of the signature Shuhari series, using the powerful Omachi and the popular Asahi. It's fresh and moderately fizzy, which is unique to Shuhari, and brings out the flavor of rice while being light on the palette at the same time.
