Yamadanishiki, Omachi, and Kamenoo are produced for brewing this Sake, and the top note is refreshingly fruity like muscat and banana.
Once sipping it, the juicy sweetness and sourness spread vibrantly.

The texture is very clear, but the robust Umami shows up in the middle. The after flavor lasts long and leaves a savory flavor like white chocolate.
