A brand created to fully express the nature of Tamba, Hyogo Prefecture. A challenging Sake made from locally and organically grown Aiyama with lactic acid-free.
The slightly gentle scent gives a fresh impression of blue melon, with a little sour cream acidity and oily nuances.
Gentle attack, medium sweetness, and a slim acid that pops together with the bitterness, giving the sake a fresh feeling. Although it has a rich texture, the latter half is a little tight and the finish is dry.
