It is an unfiltered and unpasteurized Sake brewed with the naturally cultivated Asahi rice and the Kimoto method. The natural fizziness is so strong that it makes a popping sound as soon as it is opened.
There is a slight scent of banana and pear. With plenty of Umami, it creates a beautiful balance of refreshing bitterness like citrus peel.
