As you may know, Yamadanishiki brewer’s rice is called the king of brewer’s rice. And the production center is Hyogo prefecture, especially the grand cru Yamadanishiki is mainly produced in the Yoshikawa, Banshu, and Tojo area where is the eastside of Mt. Rokko.
This label is produced by the Yamadanishiki grown in the Banshu area. Let’s taste three of them and figure out the difference among three of them.
This saké portrays a ginjo-ka aroma with a strong sweet scent akin to ripe bananas which spreads around your mouth with a harmonious acidity which makes you long for more.
