There is a competition dedicated to Sake produced by Omachi rice. Shichisui won the award two years ago.
This label is the two years aged version of the winning Sake.

The aroma is mild and gorgeous. The texture is slightly thick, and the color of Sake is light yellow by aging.
The quality of Umami is superb; it’s mellow and glossy. The loose and soft sourness makes the beautiful balance of taste. Please enjoy this Sake at various temperatures.
