Yumesasara is the latest brewer’s rice which Tochigi has taken 13 years to create. And, this label won the National Sake Appraisal in 2019, it’s unusual to win this competition with the Sake brewed with new brewer’s rice.
As soon as opening the bottle, you will understand it must be the elegant Sake. The aroma is exquisite and fruity like carefully produced pineapple or apple.
The texture is slightly fizzy and refreshing. It’s comfortably sweet, and the fresh sourness rhythmically dances on the sweetness. The specialty of Shichisui is Umami. Even though it’s a gorgeous type of Sake, but the delicate Umami brings this label to the next level.
