Two of brewer’s rice is used for brewing this label. One is Oyamanishiki which produces unique Umami, and the other is Kitashizuku which makes the cleanness and crispiness.
The aroma is gently refreshing like citrus fruits. Once shipping it, the natural carbon dioxide sparkles in your mouth.
While the aroma goes through your nose, it turns more gorgeous, and then the fresh sweetness spreads gradually. Sourness and Umami come next. The Umami is young, vibrant and slightly bitter. The finish is very crisp and gently dry.
In the room temperature, the Umami gets more refreshing, and it’s nicely chilling Sake.
