It’s produced by using the OYAMANISHIKI made in Toyama Pref, polished by 50%. It’s unpasteurized cloudy Sake with a lot of natural sparklingness.
So, please be careful when you open it. The texture is silky smooth because the melted rice is carefully filtered.
As soon as sipping it, the refreshing Umami vibrantly pops up. The high acidity and dryness make the entire taste sharp and clean.
Please enjoy it with the wine glass.
It is an unpasteurized active sparkling Sake, so please open it slowly. It’s necessary to remove the gas in the bottle by repeating slowly open and close the cap. Also, before opening the bottle, please put it in the fridge for a few hours to make the condition stable.
