It’s produced with the Koshihikari rice grown by Kyoto local 30 farmers. The carefully grown Koshihikari is shining like jewels.
The texture is mellow, and the pure sweetness influenced by Koshihikari is very attractive. The aroma is fruity and refreshing, like melon and Yuzu.
The refreshing sourness wraps the sweetness, and the citric bitterness, like Yuzu zest, makes the crisp and fresh after taste.
Twenty degrees is the best temperature to appreciate sweetness.
