Yumenoka and Gohyakumangoku are the most popular brewer’s rice in Fukushima prefecture. It’s matured carefully for several months at a low temperature.
It’s sweet and juicy, and slightly fizzy. The texture is soft, and the aftertaste is light and refreshing. It’s a great Sake to bring the good characteristics of food out beautifully.
