Junmai Sake that won the gold medal of SAKE COMPETITION 2019, low alcohol version in 2021.
It’s a very vibrant Sake, so it pops when you open it. The refreshingly gentle aroma is just like a Japanese pear. It’s slightly fizzy, and light Umami flows into your mouth. The bright sourness is very impressive, and soft bitterness makes its finish clean. It’s juicier and brighter than last year.
