Using improved Shinko (KAIRYOSHINKO) from Haguro Town, Yamagata Prefecture, this rice is luxuriously polished to 30%; which has been known to be difficult to prepare. It has the perfect name for what it is, superbly brewed using impressive modern technology.
Using 1801 yeast, this Saké’s elegant and gorgeous scent is surely impressive! When entering your mouth, it has a luxurious sweetness like Wasanbon and a smooth taste. It has umami with a deep taste, and it is extremely transparent with a refreshing aftertaste.
