It’s a medium dry beautiful Junmaidaiginjo with strawberry like fruity aroma
It’s only available in Niigata, local limited edition brewed with the rice polished by the unique method called “flat polish”.
The aroma is like a green apple, it’s greenish and fruity, the attack is clean and smooth, the most beautiful point is its elegant sweetness, and juicy sourness comes in the end. The middle note is very much like strawberries.
