It’s a label brewed with Hokkaido’s 2nd oldest brewer’s rice with using self-cultivated yeast.
The aroma is gentle but humbly beautiful like a white flower; the yeast influences the beauty of aroma.
Ginpu makes both cleanness and strong Umami. If you prefer new type dry Sake, we’d like you to enjoy its sharp finish.
