The production center of Yamadanishiki is in Hyogo prefecture. In the north area, it isn’t easy to grow because the climate is too cold. A passionate brewery owner started to grow Yamadanishiki in 2005.
The aroma is elegantly fruity like a Japanese pear and chestnuts. The waterly sweetness and the roundish Umami creates a beautiful balance. The finish is sharp and dry which is signature of Tenmei.
