It’s produced with the local ingredients and squeezed by the traditional method. Miyamanishiki is cultivated with a reduced amount of agricultural chemicals.
The aroma is extremely clean and beautiful. The texture is silky smooth, and creamy. It’s light-bodied, but the condensed sweetness and Umami ooze out gradually. The refreshing bitterness makes the aftertaste dry and sharp. It’s a perfect Sake to make beginners into Sake.
