A CP-high 900ml bottle and extremely smooth low-alcohol Sake
It’s brewed with a blend of two yeasts and two different rice, which are Yamadanishiki and Yumenoka.
It’s squeezed by the traditional wooden pressure carefully, so the taste is refreshing and delicate.
The aroma has the fruits and herb flavor. It’s light-bodied, but the Umami which is influenced by two different rice stands, so it nicely pairs with foods.
