It’s an elegantly dry Sake produced by the grand cru Yamadanishiki of Hyogo Pref. The SMV is +14, but it’s not just dry Sake. The aroma is fresh, like citrus fruits, and the attack is soft and moderately sweet. Silky Umami comes before the dryness, and the light sourness and roundish dryness make its finish clean.
It brings the Umami of ingredients out nicely. Let’s enjoy the pairing with various kinds of foods.
This label is produced with a special method and successfully extracts the α-EG three times more than the average.
