It’s one of the trendy Akita Sake. It’s produced with using two types of rice “Akitasakekomachi” which is the signature rice of Akita and “Yamadanishiki“. Two kinds of rice make a great balance between sweetness and sourness. The finish is beautifully refreshing and crisp.
