Brewed with AAA Yamadanishiki grown in Tojo area, Hyogo, it’s one of the most premium Honjozo.
It’s produced by the specially brewed sake brewed with 100% Yamada Nishiki. It’s an extreme Sake experience produced by slowly fermenting highly refined rice at a low temperature in the Ginjo refrigerated preparation room using the famous Oigawa underground water, which originates from Mt. Aino in the Southern Alps. Please enjoy the round taste with a dashing Ginjo aroma.
