With the goal of winning the gold medal of the National New Sake Appraisal, Shichisui challenged Junmai Daiginjo with 50% polish rate and won the award. Mostly, Junmaidaignjo produced with the rice polished down to 40% send to this competition.
A sweet and juicy type of Sake with a characteristic aroma reminiscent of fruity pineapple, a fusion of juicy sweetness and fresh acidity.
